In Colorado&rsquo;s high country, most resort towns support pot legalization and they don&rsquo;t see it hurting the state&#39;s multi-billion dollar tourism business.</p><p></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Last November, Colorado voters passed Amendment 64 by a healthy margin.
