2012 KVNF Holiday Auction
This year's on-air auction takes place from 6-9pm on the evenings of November 28, 29 and 30th and from 9am-12pm on the morning of December 1st. To speed up the process for bidding, call KVNF at 970-527-4866 to get a bidder number any time before or during the auction. Bids cannot be placed online, but if you would like to place a bid before the auction starts, please call KVNF at 970-527-4866 to place your pre-auction bids. There are four Groups of items up for auction each day, and each group will be up for bid for 30 minutes.The auction showroom items are grouped below according to what time they will be up for bid. Click on the dates below to see the items up for bid for each day.

HOW THE ON -AIR AUCTION WORKS
Registering: Call 970-527-4868 or 1-866-KVNF-NOW , Monday Friday 9am-4pm to get your bidder number.
Bidding: See the auction catalog at kvnf.org to pick out items. Call 970-527-4868 or 1-866-KVNF-NOW during the appropriate Group closeout time. Our operators will tell you what the high bid is on your item(s), and any restrictions that apply. Make bids in whole dollar increments only. DJs will announce bids as they come in, as well as descriptions and other important information about the items. Bid on items only during their closeouts.
Closeouts: A specific group of items will be featured every half-hour, as listed above. 25 minutes after the bidding starts on a Group, bids are limited to $5 increments. 30 mins after bidding starts, the DJ will start a 60 sec. countdown. The clock stops when a bid comes in, and is started again for a full 60 seconds, assuring there is no advantage to delaying bids until the last seconds. When the clock runs out, bidding ends. Closeout times will be strictly enforced.
Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ask our phone operators for any additional information that pertains to the item you are bidding on.
Payment and Delivery: Payment must be made in full before delivery of certificates or items. KVNF will mail certificates immediately upon receipt of payment. We can also mail small items, buyer incurs shipping charges. Large items must be picked up at the station at 233 Grand Ave. in Paonia.
