Tax Caps Under Question On Election Ballots

Although perhaps a little less sexy than legalized drugs, taxes are still important.  The city of Ouray, along with others on the Western Slope, is looking at some tax issues on this year’s ballot.  To understand the somewhat complicated issue, KVNF'S Jake Ryan talked with Ouray Mayor Pam Larson.
