Cody and Willy Braun

Cody and Willy Braun began touring as children in their father's band, Muzzie Braun and the Boys.   The brothers have continued to tour coast to coast for over two decades in their country band,  Reckless Kelly.    Ali Lightfoot caught up with Willy Braun last summer before a show to discuss the band's grammy winning CD packaging,  growing up off-the-grid and the family's annual music festival in Idaho.

Hundreds of local students took part in the annual Colorado Choral Directors Select Honor Choir Performance in Grand Junction in November.    Doctor Monte Atkinson of Colorado Mesa University’s Music Department was the conductor.  CMU’s Vocal Arts Ensemble and The Grand Valley Childrens Choir were also part of the show.  KVNF's Ali Lightfoot spoke with Choir Directors and performers about this annual event that bring choirs together from all over the state.
