CO Secretary of State Faces Another Inquiry

The state audit committee is the latest group to look into whether Republican Secretary of State Scott Gessler misused public funds. The bi-partisan committee voted unanimously on Thursday to move forward with an initial investigation. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.

Gov's TBD Initiative Calls for Reform of State Constitution

A group tasked with tackling the state’s largest challenges says Colorado needs to reform the constitution and discuss putting more money into schools and roads. Gessler Faces Ethics Complaints

Republican Secretary of State Scott Gessler is defending himself against charges that he misused public money and gave himself an end of year bonus. Voter Registration Up in Colorado

The Colorado Secretary of State's office expects more people to register to vote this election cycle because of the closely watched Presidential race. As Bente Birkeland reports, voters have until midnight on Tuesday to register to vote online.
