We are doing our first annual health fair and offering reduced cost lab work. Get provider recommended labs for $83.00; CBC w/ diff, CMP, Lipid Panel and A1C. We will not be taking insurance at this event so please have cash, check or credit card.

We will have Free Health Screenings and Information available too!

We will offer a weekly soup supper in conjunction with a FREE Recovery Community service in the Fellowship Hall. Please come by for soup and sides.

At FREE Recovery Community, we’re breaking the silence of addiction. Whether you’re an addict, a loved one of an addict or a spiritual refugee, we’re here to walk this journey with you! Saturday night gatherings begin at 5 with a simple soup supper and inspiring live-streamed messages in a support setting where we don’t do shame! Please come for connection, healing and hope!

Writing as Remedy workshops at Wellspring Vitality invite you into a supportive, creative space where storytelling becomes a tool for healing, reflection, and connection. Through friendly prompts and shared presence, we use words to process what’s been held, honor lived experience, and remember that we don’t heal alone. No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up and explore.
